Hey guys… sorry if I’m overdoing it with extended “Mothers Day” moments… but this morning, as I was teaching my Kickboxing class, I noticed Sheri D. from Norwood, NJ looking kinda “skinny” for a pregnant woman.
So during one of the water breaks, I went over to check in…
“Hey Sheri! Please catch me up on your pregnancy, how many months are you now?”
“Seven! And I feel amazing! It’s all because of this class!” Sheri said.
“How many months do you plan to keep at it?” I asked.
“I dunno, but I’ve been training for this pregnancy and even if the Doctor says to cut back, it’s been worth it… I absolutely feel great!”
That’s it guys and gals… thought I’d share.
By the way, also attached is a picture of Oliva K. from Blauvelt. She trained in my Palangi Kickboxing class right up until the ninth month!

Remember… “Doctors” don’t really know… exactly what Palangi Kickboxing is all about.
There’s no fighting (unless you want to make a career of it, which, in that case, I can support you fully with separate training) and there’s no crazy jumping, or unorganized “contact” with other individuals.

Just think, if you’re gonna be “eating for two”…. may as well be training for two as well!
And get this… we have a woman name Barbara Zanetti, she is a trainer, a mom, a professional, and…. get this… she trained with my coach, Master Trainer Christopher Esposito of Coral Spring, FL (this guys classes ARE SICKLY INTENSE) and she did so… right up until her NINTH MONTH! And her child turned out healthy as a horse!
