Linda Bilyk started training in Palangi Kickboxing just over a year ago… Now, here we are, Mid June…. just look at how far she’s come along!
Linda has been training with me at a pace of EXACTLY two times per week for a year now.
She listens, and APPLIES the basic principles of the Palangi Athlete’s Diet.
She is NOT an extremist by any means… she eats in moderation, trains at about 70 to 80% of her maximum, sometimes more, (a perfect pace for long term results by the way)….
and Linda is also the Manager at Trader Joe’s in Edgewater New Jersey, and Palangi Kickboxing has given her (in her words) a whole new body and mind!
